- Is Attestamo legal advice?
- No. Attestamo helps you build and maintain the documented procedures the Home Office guidance describes, and draft your responses. Whether your procedures are "reasonable" is a legal judgement. We give you the evidence trail, not the legal opinion.
- What if I do not use it for a while?
- You are not charged. Paid plans sleep: in any month you do not draft a response, nothing is billed for that month. You only pay in the months you actually use Attestamo, and you keep your saved control profile and evidence the whole time. There is no annual lock-in and you can cancel in one click.
- Do you store our questionnaire content?
- Yes, so we can answer from your profile and keep an audit trail. You can export or delete everything at any time from your account settings.
- Do you run any discounts?
- From time to time. Any live offer is shown at the top of this page and applied automatically at checkout, or with a promo code where noted.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No, prices are shown net (ex VAT). UK customers have 20% VAT added at checkout. Business customers outside the UK who enter a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse charge. A VAT invoice is available in your account.
