Terms of service
Last updated August 2026 · Attestamo is a product of Haijahr Limited
These terms govern your use of Attestamo, a product operated by Haijahr Limited. By using Attestamo you agree to them.
What Attestamo does
Attestamo helps you maintain a record of your fraud-prevention procedures and draft responses to anti-fraud due-diligence questionnaires from that record.
Not legal advice
Attestamo is a software tool. It drafts evidence of reasonable procedures; it does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a legal opinion. Whether your procedures are "reasonable" under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 is a legal judgement. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for reviewing every response before you rely on or send it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Use Attestamo lawfully and only for your own organisation's compliance.
- Review AI-generated drafts before use. You remain responsible for what you send to your customers.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into Attestamo. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it in order to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Attestamo available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Haijahr Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Attestamo's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using Attestamo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
