Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Attestamo, a product operated by Haijahr Limited. By using Attestamo you agree to them.

What Attestamo does

Attestamo helps you maintain a record of your fraud-prevention procedures and draft responses to anti-fraud due-diligence questionnaires from that record.

Not legal advice

Attestamo is a software tool. It drafts evidence of reasonable procedures; it does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a legal opinion. Whether your procedures are "reasonable" under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 is a legal judgement. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for reviewing every response before you rely on or send it.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Use Attestamo lawfully and only for the compliance of the organisation or organisations you manage in your account.
• Keep your contact email up to date. We send service emails (such as security codes, team invitations and renewal reminders) that are necessary to operate your account.
• Review AI-generated drafts before use. You remain responsible for what you send to your customers.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you put into Attestamo, including any documents you upload as evidence. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it in order to provide the service.

Team and access

If your plan allows it, you can invite colleagues to your account and manage several organisations. You are responsible for who you invite, for their use of Attestamo, and for removing their access when it is no longer needed. Everyone you invite must also comply with these terms, and the data in your account is shared with the teammates you invite. Billing, team management and account deletion remain with the account owner.

Plans, payment and cancellation

• Plans and fees. Attestamo is offered on paid subscription plans, as shown on our pricing page. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and are billed in advance in pounds sterling, and the prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and business customers outside the UK who provide a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms. As Attestamo is operated by Haijahr Limited, "Haijahr Limited" (rather than "Attestamo") may appear on the Stripe checkout page, on your invoice and on your card or bank statement.
• Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly unless stated otherwise) until you cancel, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
• No refunds. Payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals but we do not refund the current or any past billing period.
• Price and plan changes. We may change our plans, features or prices. We will give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal; it will not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend or limit your account until it is resolved.
• Discounts. Any promotional code or discount applies only on the terms stated with that offer, and may be limited in time.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Attestamo available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Haijahr Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Attestamo's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Attestamo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
